Famitsu<\/a> has published its estimated physical game<\/a> software and hardware sales data for Japan for the week of September 6, 2021 to September 12, 2021. <\/span><\/p>\n

Tales of Arise<\/em> was the highest selling new release of the week, moving 151,316 units on PlayStation 4 and 50,482units on PlayStation 5 for a total of 201,798 opening week retail sales.<\/p>\n

On the hardware side, the Switch family sold 67,114 units, the PlayStation 5 family sold 16,610 units, the Xbox Series<\/a> family sold 2,114 units, and the PlayStation 4 family sold 1,763 units. Next-generation consoles continue to face stock issues.<\/p>\n
