Source: TradingView<\/em><\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"BTCs_price_sinks_through_support\"><\/span>BTC\u2019s price sinks through support<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>Data from Cointelegraph Markets Pro and <a rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/www.tradingview.com\/symbols\/BTCUSD\/\">TradingView<\/a> showed BTC\/USD shedding 2% in an hour to hit local lows of around $43,400.<\/p>\n<p>The pair had struggled overnight into the new week, as stocks fell in step with renewed worries over the fate of Chinese property giant Evergrande.<\/p>\n<p>Amid a <a href=\"https:\/\/buradabiliyorum.com\/en\/category\/general\/\" data-internallinksmanager029f6b8e52c=\"3\" title=\"General\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">general<\/a> shift away from risk assets, there were few winners beyond the United States dollar on the day.<\/p>\n<p>For Bitcoin analysts, however, the drop was still not worth focusing on, as broad market strength remained.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThis BTC dip isn\u2019t extreme,\u201d trader and analyst Rekt Capital <a rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/rektcapital\/status\/1439903731894657024\">reacted<\/a> on <a href=\"https:\/\/buradabiliyorum.com\/en\/category\/social-mediaa\/\" data-internallinksmanager029f6b8e52c=\"1\" title=\"Social Media\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Twitter<\/a>. <\/p>\n<blockquote><p>\u201cYour emotional reaction to it shouldn\u2019t be extreme either.\u201d<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Others were more surprised by the extent of Bitcoin\u2019s knee-jerk losses.<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"twitter-tweet\">\n<p lang=\"en\" dir=\"ltr\">Ngl was kinda surprised to see BTC nuking while the funding was consistently at a discount and futures at backwardation.
