People do this all the time.<\/p>\n<p>Skipping breakfast doesn\u2019t give you a free pass to eat whatever you want for the rest of the day. Plus, pizza, chocolate and ice-cream aren\u2019t a good replacement for a fasted meal anyway.<\/p>\n<p>Listen, we\u2019re a huuuuuge proponent of fasting. It allows you to maintain single digit body fat almost year \u2019round without feeling deprived or as though life is ruled by food.<\/p>\n<p>But most importantly, if you learn how to do it properly\u2026 you can get lean WITHOUT ever feeling like you\u2019re on a diet.<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"What_Can_Fasting_Do_For_You\"><\/span>What Can Fasting Do For You?<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>Men, who never thought it was possible for them to get a six-pack, are getting leaner with less effort then ever before!<\/p>\n<p>Intermittent Fasting is a tremendously important tool for change. But, in reality, fasting is just a way to manipulate your meal frequency, to achieve higher levels of SATIETY. <\/p>\n<p><strong><em>Nothing more.
