On Thursday (September 23), Beyonc\u00e9 penned a moving letter to her fans on <a rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/www.beyonce.com\/\">her website<\/a> addressing her new outlook on life now that she\u2019s turned 40.<\/p>\n<p>The Queen thanked her fans for all the love and birthday wishes sent her way in the opening lines of the letter. It took time for her to get it, but the journey made her joy grow deeper once she got there.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThere\u2019s a freedom and liberation knowing that I\u2019ve made it to the other side of my sacrifice,\u201d she added. \u201cI\u2019m finally giving myself permission to enjoy the seeds I\u2019ve worked so hard to plant my whole life. This has absolutely been the best I\u2019ve felt in my life. I\u2019m so grateful to be GROWN, GROWN!\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Beyonc\u00e9 has been celebrating her 40th birthday all month long with her husband, JAY-Z, in Italy on a mega yacht.
