\nFreddie Gibbs is one of the top rapp<\/a>ers in the game<\/a> today, and he continues making claims that he\u2019s the best lyricist out now. However, despite feeling he\u2019s the best, it doesn\u2019t seem like Gibbs is happy with the current state of Hip Hop.<\/p>\n

On Thursday (September 24), Freddie Gibbs took to Twitter<\/a> to address his concerns over the genre becoming stale since all the popular artists are rich now and no longer rapping about anything meaningful.<\/p>\n

\u201cY\u2019all can have this rap shit I\u2019m going back to R&B,\u201d Gibbs tweeted. \u201cI don\u2019t even wanna rap wit no nigga I can\u2019t relate to. Rap full of bullshit collabs. It\u2019s all for the bag tho. All these mid bars. Imma have to drop again.\u201d<\/p>\n

He continued, \u201cWhen I was rapping to get a bag I had to make different decisions. Now I\u2019m rapping for fun and I don\u2019t give a fuck.\u201d<\/p>\n
