So it really was me and Lynne.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>Controversial manager <strong>Sam Lutfi<\/strong> corroborated the statement, saying that when he arrived on the scene:<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>\u201cThere were numerous issues going on. Jamie was not involved at all. From what I believe, it had been years.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>And then he was involved in every aspect\u2026<\/p>\n<h2 id=\"i-kidnapped-you\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"%E2%80%98I_Kidnapped_You\"><\/span>\u2018I Kidnapped You\u2019<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>Paparazzo <strong>Adnan Ghalib<\/strong> was dating the <em>Toxic<\/em> artist at the time the conservatorship began. He recalled the dramatic moment Jamie called him after the decision had been made:<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>\u201cHe\u2019s like, \u2018I need you to come home right now.\u2019 I said, \u2018We\u2019ll come home when we come home,\u2019 and he said, \u2018No, you need to bring her home now. I\u2019m the conservator of her estate.&#8217;\u201d<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>He described what followed as \u201cf**king devastating,\u201d as the couple returned to her house to find Jamie, four security guards, and two police officers waiting for them. Ghalib shared:<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>\u201cThey\u2019re standing there and she freaks out. \u2018What are they doing here? Why are they here? Why is my father at my house? Who are these people? Why are the cops here?\u2019 And she looks at me. I\u2019m supposed to be the one that protects her. I\u2019m trying to calm her down, and I cannot. I\u2019m trying to explain to her, \u2018He is your conservator. Without his permission, because he is you, I\u2019ve kidn<a href=\"https:\/\/buradabiliyorum.com\/en\/category\/download-scripts-themes-apps\/\" data-internallinksmanager029f6b8e52c=\"9\" title=\"Download Scripts &amp; Themes &amp; Apps\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">app<\/a>ed you.\u2019 And it\u2019s that real. She just looks. She doesn\u2019t talk anymore. She\u2019s completely silent. You know, they escort her to the house. That\u2019s when the realization was, \u2018OK, I don\u2019t think things are going to be the same anymore.&#8217;\u201d<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>Ghalib acknowledged witnessing the singer abuse prescription drugs while they were together, but still came to her defense regarding the her mental health:<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>\u201cA lot of people argue that she was crazy, right? You know, I f**king hate that word. Would you say she was upset? Would you say she was angry? Would you say she was hurt? I\u2019d choose those before I\u2019d choose crazy.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<h2 id=\"protect-britney-from-sam\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"%E2%80%98Protect_Britney_From_Sam\"><\/span>\u2018Protect Britney From Sam\u2019<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>When most conservatorships are instated, they give potential conservatees a notice of five days in order to contest the situation. Famously, Britney was given no notice at all. Examining court documents in the film, Eliscu noted:<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>\u201cThe only reason given for depriving Britney of five days\u2019 notice is that Sam Lutfi is dangerous and needs to be kept away.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p><strong>Lorilee Craker<\/strong>, Lynne Spears\u2019 memoir co-author, emphasized that the family was in \u201ccrisis mode\u201d at the start of the conservatorship as they tried to \u201cprotect Britney from Sam.\u201d She claimed that Sam \u201cwas crushing drugs and putting them in her food and bragging about it.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Sam adamantly denied the allegation, stating:<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>\u201cWe have 100 blood tests and drug tests the entire time I was with her and she passed every single one of them which is why the police never came to my door. No one ever called the police. To be accused of allegations that serious, that you\u2019re drugging the world\u2019s biggest star, you call the police, you call the FBI, you don\u2019t call TMZ.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>He has a point\u2026<\/p>\n<h2 id=\"the-infamous-lou-taylor\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"The_Infamous_Lou_Taylor\"><\/span>The Infamous Lou Taylor<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p><strong>Felicia Culotta<\/strong> has been very open about her time with Britney and witnessing the evolution of the conservatorship in other documentaries. However, in <em>Britney vs. Spears<\/em>, she chose her words with extreme care. In one moment, she reflected:<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>\u201cBritney loved performing, hands down, still to this second, loves performing. I think that\u2019s probably as much as I can say about that. I don\u2019t want to fight with them. It\u2019s not worth it to me. I\u2019m sorry.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>Of course, Britney has since refused to perform if her dad was still in charge of her conservatorship. But could the involvement of <strong>Tri Star Sports &amp; Entertainment Group<\/strong>, her management company, have also had something to do with the decision?<\/p>\n<p>Asked about Tri Star CEO <strong>Lou Taylor<\/strong>, who some suspect was involved in instating the conservatorship, Felicia said flat-out:<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>\u201cI will not touch that one. Sorry. She will chew me up and spit me out.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>In fact, the documentarians received their own \u201cpre-emptive legal letter\u201d from the company, admitting that \u201cTri Star representatives were party to certain conversations relating to the issue of a possible conservatorship,\u201d but that \u201cTri Star did not advocate for or against the creation of a conservatorship, because it was not their place to do so.\u201d<\/p>\n<h2 id=\"jamie-caught-in-a-lie\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Jamie_Caught_In_A_Lie\"><\/span>Jamie Caught In A Lie<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>Eliscu and Carr obtained a number of legal documents pertaining to the conservatorship from an anonymous source, the contents of which they \u201cworked to independently corroborate.\u201d These docs contained a LOT of illuminating new info, like the fact that her team increased the amount of stimulants she was taking while working on <em>The X Factor<\/em>, or that even her then-fianc\u00e9 <strong>Jason Trawick<\/strong> found her conservatorship to be \u201ctoo constrictive.\u201d<\/p>\n<p><strong>Related: Britney Doesn\u2019t Want Jamie Meddling With Her Prenup In SCORCHING Filing<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>They also revealed \u201csignificant tensions\u201d escalated between Jamie and Britney during the <em>Femme Fatale<\/em> Tour in 2011. One doc read:<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>\u201cBritney began to complain about Jamie\u2019s drinking. She is especially adamant that Jamie be punished. This seems to be a lightning rod for all her complaints about the conservatorship itself. In a simple way she feels that if she is drug tested, so should he be. And if she were to suffer a great penalty like losing her kids if she tested positive, he should suffer an equally great penalty for his drinking.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>But the document Carr viewed as \u201cthe most damning\u201d proved that Jamie and his legal team were lying when they claimed Britney had never requested to end her conservatorship. This doc apparently stated:<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>\u201cBritney wants to come off the conservatorship. At times she seems to understand the benefits of the conservatorship. At other times, she indicates she would go along with the conservatorship of the estate.
