Your edits are saved automatically just like any other changes you make as you create your presentation.<\/p>\n<p>To remove speaker notes, select all of the text and press Delete on your keyboard.<\/p>\n<h2 role=\"heading\" aria-level=\"2\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Display_Speaker_Notes_During_a_Presentation\"><\/span>Display Speaker Notes During a Presentation<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>You can begin a Google Slides presentation by hitting \u201cPresent\u201d at the top of the screen or by clicking the arrow and selecting \u201cPresenter View\u201d or \u201cPresent From Beginning.\u201d<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-748664\" src=\"https:\/\/www.howtogeek.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/08\/PresentSlideshow-GoogleSlidesSpeakerNotes.png?trim=1,1&amp;bg-color=000&amp;pad=1,1\" alt=\"Present slideshow in Google Slides\" width=\"336\" height=\"148\" onload=\"pagespeed.lazyLoadImages.loadIfVisibleAndMaybeBeacon(this);\" onerror=\"this.onerror=null;pagespeed.lazyLoadImages.loadIfVisibleAndMaybeBeacon(this);\"\/><\/p>\n<p>To start the show with your notes in hand, choose \u201cPresenter View.\u201d This displays your slideshow in your main browser window and places your presenter notes in a smaller external window that you can move or resize.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-748665\" src=\"https:\/\/www.howtogeek.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/08\/NotesDuringPresentation-GoogleSlidesSpeakerNotes.png?trim=1,1&amp;bg-color=000&amp;pad=1,1\" alt=\"Notes during a presentation\" width=\"650\" height=\"383\" onload=\"pagespeed.lazyLoadImages.loadIfVisibleAndMaybeBeacon(this);\" onerror=\"this.onerror=null;pagespeed.lazyLoadImages.loadIfVisibleAndMaybeBeacon(this);\"\/><\/p>\n<p>If you use the \u201cPresent\u201d or \u201cPresent From Beginning\u201d options, you can still access your notes using the Presenter Toolbar.\u00a0Be sure to take your presentation out of full-screen view first. Otherwise, your notes will display in full-screen mode.<\/p>\n<p>Move your cursor to the bottom left of the slideshow and you\u2019ll see this toolbar display.
