Donald Trump in last year\u2019s presidential election say they \u201csomewhat agree\u201d with the proposition that red states should break away from the US, while, 41 percent of Biden voters \u201csomewhat agree\u201d with the idea of blue states doing the same thing, according to a new poll<\/p>\n<p>The shocking <a rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/centerforpolitics.org\/crystalball\/articles\/new-initiative-explores-deep-persistent-divides-between-biden-and-trump-voters\/\">survey from the University of Virginia\u2019s<\/a> Center for Politics found a quarter of Trump voters say they \u201cstrongly agree\u201d with the idea of red-state succession, while 18 percent of Biden voters back a blue state breakaway. <\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe divide between Trump and Biden voters is deep, wide, and dangerous,\u201d Center for Politics Director Larry Sabato said in a statement. \u201cThe scope is unprecedented, and it will not be easily fixed.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>The survey, which was taken in late July and early August and surveyed more than 1,000 Trump supporters and 1,000 Biden backers, makes for alarming reading for present danger to American democracy\u201d (80 percent of Biden voters, 84 percent of Trump voters). <\/p>\n<p>In addition, at least three-quarters of Trump and Biden voters somewhat agree that Americans who \u201cstrongly support\u201d the opposing party are \u201ca clear and present danger to the American way of life\u201d (75 percent of Biden voters, 78 percent of Trump voters). <\/p>\n<p>And more than seven in 10 Biden and Trump voters somewhat agree that \u201csome <a href=\"https:\/\/buradabiliyorum.com\/en\/category\/social-mediaa\/\" data-internallinksmanager029f6b8e52c=\"1\" title=\"Social Media\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">media<\/a> sources on the extreme left\/right have become so untruthful that they should be censored to stop the spreading of dangerous lies\u201d (78 percent of Biden voters, 73 percent of Trump voters).<\/p>\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" \u201cneeded actions without being constrained by Congress or the courts\u201d (46 percent of Biden voters, 44 percent of Trump voters). <\/p>\n<p>There was one piece of good <a href=\"https:\/\/buradabiliyorum.com\/en\/category\/news\/\" data-internallinksmanager029f6b8e52c=\"2\" title=\"News\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">news<\/a> from the survey: <a href=\"https:\/\/buradabiliyorum.com\/en\/category\/download-scripts-themes-apps\/\" data-internallinksmanager029f6b8e52c=\"9\" title=\"Download Scripts &amp; Themes &amp; Apps\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">App<\/a>roximately 80 percent of Biden and Trump voters viewed democracy as preferable to other forms of government.<\/p>\n<p>However, the same poll found that more than 6 in 10 voters from both sides viewed the country not as a democracy, but an oligarchy \u201crun by and rigged for the benefit of the wealthy.\u201d\n
