SpaceX, the space company led by Elon Musk cannot launch the Starship\/Super Heavy vehicle until the FAA completes its licensing process, which includes the environmental review.<\/p>\n<p>The FAA released a\u00a0<a rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/www.faa.gov\/space\/stakeholder_engagement\/spacex_starship\/media\/Draft_PEA_for_SpaceX_Starship_Super_Heavy_at_Boca_Chica.pdf\">151-page draft environmental<\/a> review in September.
