second floor in the fire apartment in cardiac arrest,\u201d Assistant Chief of Fire Operations Michael Gala said. \u201cThey quickly removed that child to the street.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201cAt the same time, members found several victims on the top floor and removed them expeditiously from the fire building,\u201d Gala added.<\/p>\n<p>The blaze was under control in 45 minutes, with 60 firefighters congregated on the smoky street as a slew of first responders used ladders to rescue patients that were rushed to area hospitals.<\/p>\n<p>No firefighters were harmed, according to the
