Bernie Sanders defended the squabbling between progressive and moderate Democrats that threatens to torpedo President Biden\u2019s legislative agenda and predicted the two spending bills worth trillions of dollars will move forward together.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThis is a long and complicated process, which is dealing with the most consequential piece of legislation probably since the New Deal in the Great Depression\u200b.\u200b \u200bI\u200bt\u2019s a big deal, and it\u2019s not going to h<a href=\"https:\/\/buradabiliyorum.com\/en\/category\/download-scripts-themes-apps\/\" data-internallinksmanager029f6b8e52c=\"9\" title=\"Download Scripts &amp; Themes &amp; Apps\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">app<\/a>en overnight\u200b,\u201d Sanders (I-Vt.) said on <a rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/www.nbcnews.com\/meet-the-press\/video\/full-sanders-resolution-of-democratic-negotiations-not-going-to-happen-overnight-122622021827\">NBC News\u2019 \u201cMeet the Press.\u201d\u200b<\/a><\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe president is absolutely right. It doesn\u2019t matter whether it\u2019s next week or three weeks from now, what matters is that we finally address the problems facing working families. That\u2019s what matters\u200b,\u201d he said, adding later that \u201cat the end of the day, we\u2019re going to pass both pieces of legislation.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Progressives in the House want the Senate to pass a sweeping $3.5 trillion reconciliation package that funds a number of <a href=\"https:\/\/buradabiliyorum.com\/en\/category\/social-mediaa\/\" data-internallinksmanager029f6b8e52c=\"1\" title=\"Social Media\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">social<\/a> safety net\u00a0programs before they will vote on the bipartisan $1.2 trillion infrastructure\u00a0deal.<\/p>\n<p>But Democratic senators Kyrsten Sinema of Arizona and Joe Manchin of\u00a0 West Virginia have expressed concerns about the price tag, with Manchin floating a $1.5 trillion topline on the reconciliation bill.\u00a0\u200b<\/p>\n<p>The Senate\u00a0<a rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/thehill.com\/homenews\/senate\/567125-senate-passes-1t-bipartisan-infrastructure-bill-in-major-victory-for-biden\">passed the \u200bbipartisan \u200bbill<\/a>\u00a0\u200blast month by\u00a0a 69-30 vote.\u00a0<\/p>\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large is-style-default\"><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" width=\"1024\" height=\"682\" src=\"https:\/\/nypost.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2021\/10\/Biden_Budget_Message_1.jpg?quality=90&amp;strip=all&amp;w=1024\" alt=\"Joe Manchin.\" class=\"wp-image-19682288\" srcset=\"https:\/\/nypost.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2021\/10\/Biden_Budget_Message_1.jpg?quality=90&amp;strip=all&amp;w=1535 1536w, https:\/\/nypost.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2021\/10\/Biden_Budget_Message_1.jpg?quality=90&amp;strip=all 1024w, https:\/\/nypost.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2021\/10\/Biden_Budget_Message_1.jpg?quality=90&amp;strip=all&amp;w=512 512w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\"\/><figcaption>Without the support of either Sen. John Barrasso (R-Wyo.) said Biden has given in to the progressives.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWhat we\u2019re seeing is like watching an episode of the \u2018Twilight Zone.\u2019 I thought Joe Biden went to The Hill on Friday to try to get that bipartisan infrastructure bill passed and instead he surrendered to the radical wing of his party,\u201d he said on <a rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/video.foxnews.com\/v\/6275366194001#sp=show-clips\">\u201cFox News Sunday.\u201d<\/a><\/p>\n<figure class=\"wp-block-embed is-type-rich is-provider-twitter wp-block-embed-twitter\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-embed__wrapper\">\n<div class=\"embed-wrapper twitter\">\n<blockquote class=\"twitter-tweet\" data-width=\"550\" data-dnt=\"true\">\n<p lang=\"en\" dir=\"ltr\">&#8220;There&#8217;s no number on the table yet that\u2026 everyone has agreed to,&#8221; Democratic Rep.
