Service slowly started returning for some users at around 6 p.m.<\/p>\n<p>Twitter chimed in on the company\u2019s main account with \u201chello literally everyone,\u201d as jokes and memes about the outage flooded the site.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWhatsapp, instagram and facebook are still not working, its been like that for a whole day!!
