Have you ever had your phone in the perfect angle for a photo, but you just can\u2019t quite reach the shutter button on the camera? Samsung Galaxy devices have a clever floating shutter button that makes things easier.<\/p>\n

Here\u2019s the situation: You\u2019re trying to take a selfie with a bunch of people. In order to get everyone in the shot, you have to hold your phone in an awkward position. You can\u2019t reach the shutter button to snap the photo. What can you do? We\u2019ll show you how to simply move the shutter button.<\/p>\n

First, open the camera app<\/a> on your Samsung Galaxy phone.<\/p>\n

Next, tap the gear icon in the top toolbar to open the Settings.<\/p>\n

Scroll down and select \u201cShooting Methods.\u201d<\/p>\n

Toggle the switch on for \u201cFloating Shutter Button.\u201d<\/p>\n

Now go back to the camera. You\u2019ll see a white circle floating on the screen, this is the new shutter button. You can drag it wherever you\u2019d like and tap it to snap a photo, just like the regular shutter button\u2014which also still works.<\/p>\n
