The swanky address, 930 Fifth Ave., is an Emery Roth-designed Art Deco building at 74th Street,\u00a0across from the Model Boat Pond in Central Park. <\/p>\n<p>Woody Allen once lived in the penthouse. Millstein is a partner at the international law firm Weil, Gotshal &amp; Manges and his clients include <a href=\"https:\/\/buradabiliyorum.com\/en\/category\/general\/\" data-internallinksmanager029f6b8e52c=\"3\" title=\"General\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">General<\/a> Electric. <\/p>\n<p>He is also the founding chair of the Millstein Center for Global Markets and Corporate Ownership at Columbia University\u2019s law school. Building amenities include a doorman, resident manager, elevator operators and a gym.<\/p>\n<p> Listing brokers Michael J.
