And they need \u2014 they need to understand that Americans are dying,\u201d Milgram <a rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/www.today.com\/health\/fentanyl-danger-dea-s-anne-milgram-warns-about-fake-prescription-t232227\">said on the Today show in September<\/a>. \u201cThey think they\u2019re buying a prescription drug bought in an illegal market. And they\u2019re not. They\u2019re buying fentanyl or methamphetamine. And the fentanyl pills can kill people.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>But Snapchat says that it\u2019s addressing the issue.
