Then, after the first year of ownership and your 1-year warranty ends, all live chat help, support, or troubleshooting disappears too. To make matters worse, at the end of 90 days, you\u2019ll lose what Arlo calls \u201cPriority agent routing,\u201d which is its most experienced agents to help handle your issues.<\/p>\n<p>Essentially, after the first year of ownership, you\u2019ll get downgraded to forum support. That said, once you have multiple devices, it starts to get a little more expensive.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Arlo Secure (Single Camera) \u2013<\/strong> $2.99 per month<\/li>\n<li><strong>Arlo Secure (Multi Camera) \u2013<\/strong> $9.99 per month<\/li>\n<li><strong>Arlo Secure Plus (Multi Camera) \u2013<\/strong> $14.99 per month<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>If there\u2019s a silver lining here, it\u2019s that you may already be a subscriber to get <a rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/redirect.viglink.com\/?key=204a528a336ede4177fff0d84a044482&amp;u=https%3A%2F%2Fkb.arlo.com%2F88%2FWhat-are-the-available-Arlo-subscription-plans-and-how-much-cloud-recording-is-available\">extra features and controls<\/a> on your Arlo smart home products. An Arlo Secure subscription delivers cloud recording, motion detection, smoke\/CO alarm detection, activity zones, and more.<\/p>\n<p>Forcing customers to pay for the most basic customer support on a smart home product isn\u2019t ideal.
