The terms were longer, the scope of work was different and thus the dollars were different. It became clear the two could not and would not be able to come to terms and so the network decided to move forward without him,\u201d the source told People. \u201cRegardless, it was really much more amicable than you\u2019d think. It was strictly business.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Food Network\u2019s parent company Discovery declined to comment to The Post.
