It\u2019s part of a plan first announced in December 2019, though the pandemic lockdown meant the move didn\u2019t actually h<a href=\"https:\/\/buradabiliyorum.com\/en\/category\/download-scripts-themes-apps\/\" data-internallinksmanager029f6b8e52c=\"9\" title=\"Download Scripts &amp; Themes &amp; Apps\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">app<\/a>en until this summer.<\/p>\n<p>In an internal memo announcing the move, Solomon said he wanted executives to be nearer to The Sky Lobby, which is on the 11th floor of Goldman\u2019s 44-story, $2.1 billion glass tower. The lobby is full of couches and coffee for that all-important buzzword of business: collaboration. Indeed, the bank posted a picture on <a href=\"https:\/\/buradabiliyorum.com\/en\/category\/social-mediaa\/\" data-internallinksmanager029f6b8e52c=\"1\" title=\"Social Media\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">social media<\/a> in June that showed employees and interns hanging about in the space, which also has a cafeteria and gym.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe Sky Lobby was specifically designed to be the hub of this office,\u201d Solomon wrote of the space at 200 West St. in downtown Manhattan. \u201cThere is a natural \u2018buzz\u2019 there, and I want our leadership team to be part of it.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>With execs just one floor away \u2014 accessed by spiral staircase \u2014 the idea was they\u2019d be more \u201caccessible\u201d to everyday employees, a person close to the bank told The Post.<\/p>\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" width=\"1024\" height=\"682\" src=\"https:\/\/nypost.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2021\/10\/goldman-21.jpeg?quality=90&amp;strip=all&amp;w=1024\" alt=\"Sky Lobby at Goldman Sachs HQ\" class=\"wp-image-19790769\" srcset=\"https:\/\/nypost.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2021\/10\/goldman-21.jpeg?quality=90&amp;strip=all&amp;w=1535 1536w, https:\/\/nypost.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2021\/10\/goldman-21.jpeg?quality=90&amp;strip=all 1024w, https:\/\/nypost.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2021\/10\/goldman-21.jpeg?quality=90&amp;strip=all&amp;w=512 512w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\"\/><figcaption>David Solomon moved executives closer to the Sky Lobby to make them more accessible to employees.<\/figcaption><figcaption><span class=\"credit\">Goldman Sachs<\/span><\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>\u201cYou didn\u2019t find a lot of enthusiastic support for the idea,\u201d the person said. <\/p>\n<p>And Solomon isn\u2019t exactly milling about, chatting with the hoi polloi. \u201cDavid is <a href=\"https:\/\/buradabiliyorum.com\/en\/category\/trip-and-travel\/\" data-internallinksmanager029f6b8e52c=\"10\" title=\"Trip &amp;
