With a click, you can see your schedule, sticky notes, uncompleted tasks, essential files, and more.<\/p>\n<p>As of this writing in September 2021, the board view is available only in the calendar on Outlook for the web. Click \u201cShow All\u201d at the bottom to see all available items. Simply click an item you want to move, drag it to its new location on the board, and release. As you move an item, you\u2019ll notice a faint lined background. Hold Ctrl on Windows or Command on Mac as you click each item. You\u2019ll see each item\u2019s border turn blue. You can move items far to the right or down past the bottom. Just drag slowly to move an item to a location off-screen and the screen will move.<\/p>\n<p>Then, to see those items, click and hold a blank spot on the board. You\u2019ll see an outline of your board appear on the bottom right. This prevents you from accidentally moving something. So you can make things like your notes smaller and your calendar bigger. This is where the feature really comes in handy. You might create boards for home, work, and school, each with its own set of helpful items.<\/p>\n<p>To create a board, click the Board drop-down arrow on the top right.
