\nIt might be the beginning of the end for Tori Spelling<\/strong> and Dean McDermott<\/strong> \u2014 or it might have been for some time?<\/p>\n

As we reported, the 54-year-old actor not-so-convincingly addressed the speculation that his marriage to the Beverly Hills, 90210<\/em> star has been on the rocks for a while now, sharing on the Feminine Warrior<\/em> podcast that he would no longer \u201creply\u201d to rumors of an impending split.<\/p>\n

While Tori\u2019s hubby didn\u2019t exactly deny that their marriage was in trouble, a source has come out to clarify that they aren\u2019t in a great place either, telling Us Weekly<\/em> that the pair are \u201calways on the verge of divorce.\u201d<\/p>\n

Whoa, \u201calways\u201d?? That can\u2019t be good\u2026<\/p>\n

The source went on to say that Tori \u201chas been close to leaving many times,\u201d but always \u201cends up staying\u201d for the sake of their five children: Liam<\/strong>, 14, Stella<\/strong>, 13, Hattie<\/strong>, 10, Finn<\/strong>, 9, and Beau<\/strong>, 4.<\/p>\n

Whether or not that\u2019s true, it sure looks like the Stori Telling<\/em> author has reached her breaking point, as the 48-year-old was spotted outside an attorney\u2019s office on Monday holding a notepad that read \u201cassets,\u201d \u201csupport,\u201d and \u201ccustody.\u201d (See the pics here<\/a>.)<\/p>\n

It\u2019s all very upsetting, but app<\/a>arently not very surprising for Tori\u2019s friends, who, according to a Page Six<\/em> source, have been waiting for this couple to break up for years now! The insider dished:<\/p>\n

\u201cHer friends are surprised [a divorce] didn\u2019t happen years ago\u2026 No one is a fan of his.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n

\u201cNo one\u201d?? Not even Jennie Garth<\/strong>!?<\/p>\n

It\u2019s unclear whether Tori\u2019s friends made their alleged thoughts about Dean known to the star, but apparently the actress has been thinning out her social<\/a> circle over the past year. The confidant added:<\/p>\n

\u201cShe\u2019s cut people off. None of her old friends talk to her much. They used to have girls nights all the time before the pandemic. They don\u2019t anymore.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n

Earlier this year, Tori fueled rumors about her marriage when she revealed that she and her hubby of 15 years had been sleeping in different rooms. She told Jeff Lewis<\/strong> in June:<\/p>\n

\u201cRight now, my kids and dogs sleep in my bed\u2026 Since he left [to work on a project] \u2014 this is not good, you guys \u2014 but since he left [and] he was gone for six months filming in another country, they all stayed with me. So I currently still have four in the bedroom with me who have yet to go back to their rooms, yes.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n

Two months later, Aaron Spelling<\/strong>\u2019s daughter told Us<\/em> that the kids were \u201ctransitioning back\u201d to sleeping in their own beds. Only time will tell if Tori is taking the steps to transition back to singledom\u2026<\/p>\n
