They shouted: \u2018A bear!\u2019 \u201d eyewitness Denis Chebotar, 41, told East 2 West <a href=\"https:\/\/buradabiliyorum.com\/en\/category\/news\/\" data-internallinksmanager029f6b8e52c=\"2\" title=\"News\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">news<\/a> of \u201cThe Revenant\u201d-esque saga, which occurred near the Irtysh River in Siberia.<\/p>\n<p>Professional boxer Ilya Medvedev, 23, was fishing with his friend Vyacheslav \u2018Slava\u2019 Dudnik, 48, when the two were attacked by the brown bear. The beast reportedly mauled Dudnik to death before proceeding to attack his younger pugilist pal. <\/p>\n<p>Chebotar was reportedly fastening the team\u2019s boat to the riverbank when he heard screams and shouts of \u201ca bear,\u201d which prompted the angler to rush into the forest to aid his buddies. Prior to Chebotar\u2019s arrival, the boxer \u2014 who had participated in the Russian national championships and other national contests \u2014 had fired a total of four shots at the fierce critter.
