\nNew York, N.Y. \u2013 <\/span> JAY-Z made an app<\/a>earance in Manhattan Supreme Court on Friday morning (October 29) over a lawsuit regarding his 2012 cologne deal with Parlux Fragrances over his Gold by Jay Z line.<\/p>\n

Hov was intent on stating his innocence and the back-and-forth in the courtroom with Parlux\u2019s attorney turned contentious pretty quickly, according to Rolling Stone<\/em><\/a>.<\/p>\n

\u201cYou have me on trial from something I didn\u2019t do,\u201d he said. \u201cI did a lot for the Gold Jay-Z launch. I had a year to complete these [obligations], correct? I don\u2019t know if you answered my question. I had a year to complete these right?\u201d<\/p>\n
