With Time Insights in Google Calendar, you can see a breakdown of your time.<\/p>\n<h2 role=\"heading\" aria-level=\"2\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"What_Are_Google_Calendar_Time_Insights\"><\/span>What Are Google Calendar Time Insights?<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>The intent of Time Insights is to better understand how you spend your time. With the type of information you learn, you may decide to make adjustments to your schedule or see which day most of your meetings are held. Here\u2019s how Time Insights work in Google Calendar.<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"admonishment_note\"><p><strong>Note:<\/strong> As of October 2021, the feature is available to Google Workspace customers including Business Standard, Business Plus, Enterprise Standard, Enterprise Plus, Education Plus, and Nonprofits. Users with free accounts<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<h2 role=\"heading\" aria-level=\"2\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"View_Time_Insights_in_Google_Calendar\"><\/span>View Time Insights in Google Calendar<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>Head to the <a rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/calendar.google.com\/\">Google Calendar<\/a> website and sign in.
