If you\u2019re someone that wants to keep track of these features without expensive equipment or doctor\u2019s visits, this is the best Apple Watch to buy, and a great fitness tracker.<\/p>\n<p>The Series 7 also charges the fastest of any Apple Watch to date. The Series 7 can charge up to 80% in 45 minutes, while just eight minutes of charge time will get you eight hours of sleep tracking, <a rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/www.apple.com\/apple-watch-series-7\/\">according to Apple\u2019s about page<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>The Series 7 is also tougher than any Apple Watch to date, with an IP6X certification for dust resistance and WR50 water resistance. But at this point, you shouldn\u2019t bother with that model.<\/p>\n<p>Why should you buy an Apple Watch SE instead? For starters, it\u2019s only slightly more expensive than the Series 3, and it will last you a good deal longer.<\/p>\n<p>The SE also has <a rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/www.amazon.com\/Apple-Watch-GPS-Cellular-44mm\/dp\/B09G9FNSPY?tag=htg041-20\">a cellular option<\/a>, making it a much better choice if you like to go for a run without bringing your phone, for example. The smartwatch is no slouch in the speed department, either\u2014while the Apple Watch Series 7 is faster than the SE, it\u2019s by about 20%. For the price difference between the two, that\u2019s more than acceptable.<\/p>\n<p>With the SE, you miss out on the always-on screen found in <a rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"#moka_anchor_overall\">the Series 7<\/a>. The SE also has a smaller screen and charges more slowly. There\u2019s no blood oxygen sensor or ECG, either.
