Fortunately, the company has rushed out a Windows Update that\u2019ll solve the problem.<\/p>\n<p>Some Windows 11 users reported that apps like the\u00a0Snipping Tool, touch keyboard, and emoji panel were failing to load in Windows 11. Microsoft then acknowledged the issue and said it was working on a fix. Fortunately, it appears that the company was able to find the fix rather quickly, as Microsoft released an Out-of-band update named\u00a0<a rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/support.microsoft.com\/en-us\/topic\/november-5-2021-kb5008295-out-of-band-5540f171-846c-4af0-b363-29b6f02a8935\">KB5008295<\/a> that addresses the problems and gets the apps working again.<\/p>\n<p>You should receive the update automatically through Windows Update, though you will need to restart your computer for it to start working. Of course, if you\u2019re not one of the users who were having issues with the built-in apps, you\u2019re probably not too worried about getting the update.
