A New York City marathon runner who app<\/a>arently collapsed with just 200 meters left was helped across the finish line by strangers, heartwarming video captured at Sunday\u2019s race.<\/p>\n

When a man in a black tank top appeared to stumble under his own weight after nearly completing the grueling 26.2-mile race, two men each grabbed an arm of the struggling runner and lifted him up as they walked their way towards the finish line together while other runners sped by, video shows<\/a>.<\/p>\n

The crowd in Central Park roars with cheers at witnessing the moment.<\/p>\n

Karly Sisco commented that she also witnessed the moment, writing: \u201cI actually saw this. It was amazing to see everyone come together.\u201d<\/p>\n

The NYC Marathon celebrated its 50th installation on Sunday, drawing over 30,000 athletes from across the globe.<\/p>\n

Two Kenyans were crowned the winners\u00a0in the men\u2019s and women\u2019s races this year: Albert Korir, 27, crossed the finish line with a time of 2:08:22, while the women\u2019s title went to Peres Jepchirchir, 28,\u00a0who clocked 2:22:39.\n <\/div>\n
