Eight people lost their lives and over 300 were injured when the crowd of <a href=\"https:\/\/buradabiliyorum.com\/en\/category\/download-scripts-themes-apps\/\" data-internallinksmanager029f6b8e52c=\"9\" title=\"Download Scripts &amp; Themes &amp; Apps\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">app<\/a>roximately 50,000 people rushed the stage as festival founder Travis Scott performed.<\/p>\n<p>As the lawsuits pile up, a young woman gravely injured during the chaos is reportedly slipping away.\u00a0According to <a rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/abc13.com\/bharti-shahani-astroworld-victims-texas-am-student-dies-what-happened-at-festival\/11215684\/\"><em>ABC13 Houston,<\/em><\/a>\u00a0 22-year-old Texas A&amp;M University senior\u00a0Bharti Shahani has been declared brain dead following a catastrophic injury. Now her family must determine what course of action to take next.<\/p>\n<p>Shanhani was rushed to\u00a0Houston Methodist Hospital by ambulance in critical condition as paramedics performed CPR. She was then placed on a ventilator and has been clinging to life ever since.<\/p>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" src=\"https:\/\/abc13.com\/video\/embed\/?pid=11216225\" width=\"476\" height=\"267\" frameborder=\"0\" allowfullscreen=\"allowfullscreen\"><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p>Shahani attended the show with her sister Namrata Shahani and cousin Mohit Bellani, but they were separated when the crowd surged.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cOnce one person fell, people started toppling like dominos,\u201d Bellani said. \u201cIt was like a sinkhole. People were falling on top of each other. There were like layers of bodies on the ground, like two people thick. We were fighting to come up to the top and breathe to stay alive.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Bharti and Namrata\u2019s parents headed straight for NRG Park when they heard the <a href=\"https:\/\/buradabiliyorum.com\/en\/category\/news\/\" data-internallinksmanager029f6b8e52c=\"2\" title=\"News\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">news<\/a>. They went to several hospitals before they found their daughter and learned she\u2019d suffered multiple heart attacks.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThey took us to her room, and she was bleeding and on a ventilator,\u201d father Sunny Shahani said. \u201cMe and my wife were too shocked. We can\u2019t even stand in there.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Bellani added, \u201cI think she lost oxygen for 10 minutes one time and seven minutes at another time. So her brain stem was swollen to like 90 percent almost.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Bharti was studying electronics systems engineering at TAMU and set to graduate in the spring \u2014 but her father is fearful she\u2019ll never get the opportunity.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe doctors, they say the chances of survival are nothing, which I have not even spoken to my wife until now,\u201d Sunny said. \u201cWe keep saying we\u2019ll pray. I request all of Houston to pray for her. Maybe the prayers might work as a miracle for her.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>On Monday (November 8), Harris County released the names of all eight victims: Mirza Baig, 27, Rodolfo Pe\u00f1a, 23, Madison Dubiski, 23, Franco Pati\u00f1o, 21, Jacob Jurinke, 20, John Hilgert, 14, Axel Acosta Avila, 21, and Brianna Rodriguez, 16.<\/p>\n<p>Meanwhile, Travis Scott reportedly headed to Dave &amp; Buster\u2019s to party with Drake blissfully \u201cunaware\u201d of what had transpired during his set.<a rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/www.tmz.com\/2021\/11\/09\/travis-scott-astroworld-after-party-dave-and-busters-unaware-of-deaths\/\"><em> TMZ<\/em> <\/a>reports once Scott was made aware of the situation, he im<a href=\"https:\/\/buradabiliyorum.com\/en\/category\/social-mediaa\/\" data-internallinksmanager029f6b8e52c=\"1\" title=\"Social Media\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">media<\/a>tely left.
