It was absolutely terrifying.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Commenters on TikTok were quick to rip into Clarke for mistakenly using a flammable fabric softener in the DIY trick, something she was quick to take accountability for. <\/p>\n<p>\u201cI know this is my fault so don\u2019t need any negative comments! this is purely to help spread awareness,\u201d Clarke wrote in her video.<\/p>\n<figure class=\"wp-block-embed is-type-video is-provider-tiktok wp-block-embed-tiktok\"\/>\n<p>Still, Clarke<a rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/www.tiktok.com\/@haileeclarke87\/video\/7026699389649292549\"> tried passing the blame off<\/a> to the bottle of softener she used, saying its warning label was inadequate in a separate video.<\/p>\n<p>Comparing that bottle of Lenor Exoctic Bloom to other household products, Clarke made the argument that since the chemical culprit didn\u2019t have an illustrated flammable label, her mistake was an easy one to make.<\/p>\n<figure class=\"wp-block-embed is-type-video is-provider-tiktok wp-block-embed-tiktok\"\/>\n<p>\u201cNothing really sticks out,\u201d Clarke said on the video, specifying that she noticed some printed children\u2019s warnings.<\/p>\n<p>Though, in that same clip she turns the bottle on its side where it is boldly printed: \u201cWARNING: Liquid fabric softener can increase fabric flammability.\u201d <\/p>\n<p>The DIY hack can be properly <a rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/www.foxnews.com\/lifestyle\/tiktok-laundry-hack-diy-dryer-sheets-fire\">pulled off <\/a>with diluted fabric softener, according to Fox <a href=\"https:\/\/buradabiliyorum.com\/en\/category\/news\/\" data-internallinksmanager029f6b8e52c=\"2\" title=\"News\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">News<\/a>.\n                        <\/div>\n<blockquote><p><strong><span style=\"color: #ff6600;\">If you liked the article, do not forget to share it with your friends.
