Once there, open the \u201ciPhone Storage\u201d section.<\/p>\n<p>You\u2019ll see a brief overview of what is taking up the most storage on your iPhone and how much room you\u2019ve got left.<\/p>\n<p>If you scroll down you\u2019ll see a list of all your apps ordered by how much space they\u2019re taking up.<\/p>\n<p>Look for apps you don\u2019t use and delete them to clear up space. Simply tap your app of choice and then hit \u201cdelete app\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>If that all seems a little dramatic, you can choose to \u201cOffload\u201d apps, instead.<\/p>\n<p>This temporarily disables an app without deleting it and will give you a bit more storage space.<\/p>\n<p>The app will remain on your home screen but you will have to tap and download it again when you want to start using it.<\/p>\n<h3><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Hide_apps_and_home_screens_you_dont_use_often\"><\/span>Hide apps and home screens you don\u2019t use often<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n<p>Thanks to a recent iOS update, you can now easily hide apps on your home screen without deleting them.<\/p>\n<p>And if you\u2019ve got loads of home screen pages then you can hide those too \u2013\u00a0while keeping their layout intact.<\/p>\n<p>Hiding a home screen page is simple.<\/p>\n<p>First, make sure any apps that you want to hide are stored on a home screen page you\u2019re happy to hide too.<\/p>\n<p>Then hold your finger down on the home screen until your app icons start wiggling.<\/p>\n<p>Next, tap on the bubble with dots inside at the bottom of your screen \u2013 the one that shows which page you\u2019re on.<\/p>\n<p>This will bring you to a home screen view that lets you hide individual pages \u2013 by \u201cunticking\u201d them.<\/p>\n<p>Once you\u2019re finished, just click Done in the top right-hand corner.<\/p>\n<p>The apps on your hidden pages remain stored in the App Library, which you can access by scrolling all the way to the right of your home screen.<\/p>\n<p>At any time, you can unhide your hidden pages by repeating the steps above and ticking them.<\/p>\n<h3><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Are_you_storing_texts_forever\"><\/span><strong>Are you storing texts forever?<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n<p>Your iPhone stores your texts forever.
