\nNew details have emerged about the plan in place for Britney Spears<\/strong>\u2019 post-conservatorship life\u2026<\/p>\n

The 39-year-old pop sensation\u2019s former conservator Jodi Montgomery<\/strong> and her medical team have already created a \u201ccare plan\u201d or \u201ctermination plan\u201d to help ease Brit into her new life. According to People<\/em>, the plan was submitted to the court before the monumental hearing late last week, which finally ended the singer\u2019s conservatorship after 13 years. In court, Judge Brenda Penny<\/strong> actually stated that the care plan had helped swing her decision in Britney\u2019s favor to terminate the legal arrangement since there app<\/a>arently were some worries about what the next phase could mean for the singer.<\/p>\n

A source previously told People<\/em> some were concerned for this next chapter in the star\u2019s life since she hasn\u2019t had control over her own decisions since 2008. The insider said at the time that \u201cno one knows if she will be able to care for if the conservatorship is eliminated\u201d before adding:<\/p>\n

\u201cIt\u2019s going to be difficult for her to create a whole new life after so many years of restrictions.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n

However, Montgomery apparently had been formulating a plan since Britney expressed her desire to end her \u201cabusive\u201d conservatorship back in June in the hopes of making sure this process goes as smoothly as possible.<\/p>\n

So what does this entail? Well, in the document filed by her attorney Lauriann Wright<\/strong> and obtained by People<\/em>, Montgomery claims the setup is in \u201cregard to Ms. Spears\u2019 ongoing needs and best interests \u2014 just those outside of a Conservatorship.\u201d She also included certain \u201cguidelines\u201d to help her with making decisions. The filing stated:<\/p>\n

\u201cMs. Montgomery would like to ensure that there are guidelines in place for supportive decision-making to help her adjust and transition to life outside of the Conservatorship. The Termination Plan therefore necessarily contains sensitive and private information about Ms. Spears\u2019 medical doctors, conditions and treatment, as well as information related to her minor children.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n

Montgomery then stressed that the plan will tackle any \u201ckey issues arising from the transition off the 13-year conservatorship.\u201d Additionally, the paperwork asked for the plans to remain sealed and \u201caway from the prying eyes of the public\u201d since it contains confidential information about Britney\u2019s health and her sons, Sean<\/strong> and Jayden<\/strong>. This especially includes her family!<\/p>\n

As we previously reported, Montgomery requested that the only people who have access to the full plan are the judge and her lawyer Mathew Rosengart<\/strong>, explaining:<\/p>\n

\u201cFrom the history of this case, it is no secret that Ms. Spears has had a contentious relationship with her family, especially her father, Mr. Spears. \u2026 Given the history of this case, it is clear that Ms. Spears does not want her medical or other privacy rights invaded by her father or any other party in this conservatorship case.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n

Based on everything we\u2019ve learned over this past year, it is understandable that she\u2019d want to keep it away from Jaime<\/strong> and Lynne Spears<\/strong>.<\/p>\n
