And after you write down what you need to, you can erase it and start from a blank slate. Rocketbook\u2019s Fusion journal sounds too good to be true, but I promise it\u2019s not.<\/p>\n<div class=\"review-card-body-inline\">\n<div class=\"text\">\n<div class=\"pros\">\n<h3><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Heres_What_We_Like\"><\/span>Here&#8217;s What We Like<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>It&#8217;s reusable (and therefore eco-friendly)<\/li>\n<li>It makes virtually organizing notes and lists super easy<\/li>\n<li>The <a href=\"https:\/\/buradabiliyorum.com\/en\/category\/download-scripts-themes-apps\/\" data-internallinksmanager029f6b8e52c=\"9\" title=\"Download Scripts &amp; Themes &amp; Apps\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">app<\/a> is well-executed and easy to use<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"cons\">\n<h3><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"And_What_We_Dont\"><\/span>And What We Don&#8217;t<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Wish there was one more calendar page<\/li>\n<li>Don&#8217;t use Pilot Frixion markers with it<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<p>The <a rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/www.amazon.com\/Rocketbook-Everlast-Fusion-Reusable-Notebook\/dp\/B07ZHZ82DK?tag=reviewgeek-20\">Fusion Notebook<\/a>\u00a0has a total of 42 pages, with seven different page styles. Most of the pages are lined or dotted paper, but there\u2019s also a monthly calendar, two weekly calendar pages, and three pages geared toward project or idea tracking. Having these extra pages pretty much means I\u2019ll never need to buy a planner again.<\/p>\n<p>Once you\u2019ve written out everything you need, you can scan the page through the free\u00a0<span class=\"htgeditornotesel\">Rocketbook app<\/span> (<a rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/play.google.com\/store\/apps\/details?id=com.rb.rocketbook&amp;hl=en_US&amp;gl=US\">Android<\/a>\/<a rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/apps.apple.com\/us\/app\/rocketbook-app\/id1036898971\">iOS<\/a>) and upload it to cloud services like Google Drive, Dropbox, Evernote, OneNote, Slack, iCloud, your email address, and more.<\/p>\n<p>With any of Rocketbook\u2019s notebooks, you have to use Pilot\u2019s Frixion writing utensils. It only takes about 15 seconds for ink from the Frixion <a rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/www.amazon.com\/gp\/product\/B009QYH644?tag=reviewgeek-20\">pens<\/a>, <a rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/www.amazon.com\/Pilot-Fineliner-Erasable-Assorted-11452\/dp\/B07KBPGR2T?tag=reviewgeek-20\">markers<\/a>, or <a rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/www.amazon.com\/Pilot-Collection-Erasable-Highlighters-Highlighted\/dp\/B018KGPKE6?tag=reviewgeek-20\">highlighters<\/a> to dry and <span class=\"htgeditornotesel\">bond to the Rocketbook\u2019s pages<\/span>. So when I first got my Rocketbook, I purchased the <a rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/www.amazon.com\/Pilot-Fineliner-Erasable-Assorted-11452\/dp\/B07KBPGR2T?tag=reviewgeek-20\">Pilot Frixion markers<\/a> to go with it. While they wrote okay, it was very easy for the writing to fade and sometimes completely erase just from the heat of my fingertips or arm.<\/p>\n<p>Your purchase of a Rocketbook, whether you go with the larger Letter size or the smaller Executive size, comes with one Pilot Frixion gel ink pen that\u2019s very similar to ballpoint pens. This seemed to write okay, so I purchased a whole pack of <a rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/www.amazon.com\/gp\/product\/B009QYH644?tag=reviewgeek-20\">Frixion gel ink pens<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>The gel ink pens are amazing. They\u2019re so much better than the markers, and once the ink dries, it doesn\u2019t really come off at all unless you use water and the microfiber cloth. Plus, the colors are more vibrant than the markers.<\/p>\n<p>I haven\u2019t tried out the <a rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/www.amazon.com\/Pilot-Collection-Erasable-Highlighters-Highlighted\/dp\/B018KGPKE6?tag=reviewgeek-20\">highlighters<\/a> yet, but they\u2019re on my list for sure!<\/p>\n<h2 role=\"heading\" aria-level=\"2\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"The_App_Is_Pretty_Awesome\"><\/span>The App Is Pretty Awesome<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>While I haven\u2019t used the app a whole lot yet, the little I\u2019ve seen has impressed me. They have easy-to-follow instructions in a how-to section that help you understand how to use your notebook and the app to their fullest potential.<\/p>\n<p>The app\u2019s best feature (in my opinion, of course) is that you can pre-select a destination for your pages to scan to. There are seven different circled symbols at the bottom of each page in your Rocketbook, like a diamond, a bell, and an apple.<\/p>\n<p>In the app, you can set each of these symbols to be attached to a specific account, like your email, your Google Drive account, etc.\u00a0Then, if you want your page to upload to a particular location automatically, you can just put an X over the right symbol in your Rocketbook.<\/p>\n<p>Then, in the app settings, you can also toggle on certain Handwriting Recognition features that allow you to search your uploaded documents. So if you\u2019re trying to search through your biology notes for a specific piece of info, you can find it quickly as long as you remember at least a word or two. You can toggle on Smart Lists, too, which will take a list from your Rocketbook and turn it into a virtual checklist in the app.<\/p>\n<p>The app also has a fun Explore section where you can find all sorts of fun hacks and different ideas on how to use your Rocketbook. In the app, there\u2019s a video on <a rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/medium.com\/the-launch-pad\/4-teacher-hacks-for-a-rocketbook-classroom-b7659d8d1d59\">Rocketbook hacks<\/a> from real teachers, tips for labeling your notes with Smart Tags, and even a blog post listing five <a href=\"https:\/\/buradabiliyorum.com\/en\/category\/game\/\" data-internallinksmanager029f6b8e52c=\"7\" title=\"Game\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">game<\/a>s you can play in your notebook. In this section of the app, you can also stay updated with all of Rocketbook\u2019s new products and see if anything catches your eye.<\/p>\n<p>The app is free to download and use. The only in-app purchase available is a link to more Rocketbook notebooks if you find that one isn\u2019t enough.<\/p>\n<h2 role=\"heading\" aria-level=\"2\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Bonus_Its_Eco-Friendly\"><\/span>Bonus: It\u2019s Eco-Friendly!<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>One of my favorite things about the Rocketbook is that it\u2019s eco-friendly because it\u2019s reusable. You can wipe the pages clean and keep using the journal for pretty much forever. You can even purchase Pilot Frixion <a rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/www.amazon.com\/Pilot-FriXion-Refill-Erasable-77330\/dp\/B009QYH9CI?tag=reviewgeek-20\">gel ink refills<\/a>, helping you not use as much plastic.<\/p>\n<p>I\u2019m a paper person when it comes to making to-do lists, planning out a grocery list or a budget, or just taking notes on something. I could never get into keeping everything digital, even though that meant going through A LOT of paper every year.<\/p>\n<p>With the Rocketbook, I still get to have that pen-to-paper feel that I love so much, but I don\u2019t have to waste paper to suit my needs. Plus, all my notes spread out across multiple journals will be neat and organized in my Google Drive.<\/p>\n<h2 role=\"heading\" aria-level=\"2\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Conclusion_Definitely_Try_It_Out\"><\/span>Conclusion: Definitely Try It Out<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>Considering that many quality, hardcover journals out there today probably cost just as much as a Rocketbook, this is a solid investment. It\u2019s a steal at this price right now.<\/p>\n<p>The gel ink pens bond well to the page and doesn\u2019t smudge, and you can reuse the pages as many times as you want to.
