She shot her publicist a look, and he <em>im<a href=\"https:\/\/buradabiliyorum.com\/en\/category\/social-mediaa\/\" data-internallinksmanager029f6b8e52c=\"1\" title=\"Social Media\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">media<\/a>tely<\/em> sprang into action, jumping in to say:<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>\u201cNo, we\u2019re not doing that tonight. I\u2019m sorry.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>After which the\u00a0<em>Dirrrty<\/em> singer pulled an exaggerated frown and\u00a0said:<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>\u201cI can\u2019t\u2026 but I\u2019m h<a href=\"https:\/\/buradabiliyorum.com\/en\/category\/download-scripts-themes-apps\/\" data-internallinksmanager029f6b8e52c=\"9\" title=\"Download Scripts &amp; Themes &amp; Apps\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">app<\/a>y for her.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>As she walked away.<\/p>\n<p>See the whole moment at about the :44 mark (below):<\/p>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" title=\"Aguilera on Spears: &#039;I&#039;m happy for her&#039;\" width=\"640\" height=\"360\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/5W9-33-_7Ic?feature=oembed\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture; web-share\" referrerpolicy=\"strict-origin-when-cross-origin\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p>Clearly Britney saw the vid and gave the well wishing about as much weight as most would. She posted it on her IG Stories with the caption:<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>\u201cI love and adore everyone who supported me\u2026 but refusing to speak when you know the truth, is equivalent to a lie!!!!\u201d<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>Whoa! She continued by implying her fellow\u00a0<strong>Disney<\/strong> kid and pop star knew what she was going through and was choosing to stay silent:<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>\u201c13 years being in a corrupt abusive system yet why is it such a hard topic for people to talk about??? I\u2019m the one who went through it!!!! You made me cry!!! Love you!!\u201d<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>You can almost hear the unspoken \u201cunlike\u00a0<em>some<\/em> people\u201d in there. Here\u2019s the GaGa clip btw:<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=ZbLznkNRkjg\">https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=ZbLznkNRkjg<\/a><\/p>\n<p>The thing is, Christina has actually shared some kind words about Britney\u2019s situation very recently. Back in June, she tweeted:<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>\u201cThese past few days I\u2019ve been thinking about Britney and everything she is going through. It is unacceptable that any woman, or human, wanting to be in control of their own destiny might not be allowed to live life as they wish. To be silenced, ignored, bullied or denied support by those \u2018close\u2019 to you is the most depleting, devastating and demeaning thing imaginable. The harmful mental and emotional damage this can take on a human spirit is nothing to be taken lightly. Every woman must have the right to her own body, her own reproductive system, her own privacy, her own space, her own healing and her own happiness.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>She added:<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>\u201cWhile I am not behind the closed doors of this very layered &amp; personal yet public conversation \u2013 all I can do is share from my heart on what I\u2019ve heard, read and seen in the media. The conviction and desperation of this plea for freedom leads me to believe that this person I once knew has been living without compassion or decency from those in control.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>And directly to Brit, she wrote:<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>\u201cTo a woman who has worked under conditions and pressure unimaginable to most, I promise you she deserves all of the freedom possible to live her happiest life. My heart goes out to Britney. She deserves all the TRUE love and support in the world.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>We guess that wasn\u2019t enough? Or maybe Britney didn\u2019t see that?
