Henry previously stated that his clients range in age from teens to their forties.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe defendants stood to make an exorbitant amount of money off this event, and they still chose to cut corners, cut costs, and put attendees at risk,\u201d Henry said via <a href=\"https:\/\/buradabiliyorum.com\/en\/category\/news\/\" data-internallinksmanager029f6b8e52c=\"2\" title=\"News\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">news<\/a> release. \u201cMy clients want to ensure the defendants are held responsible for their actions, and they want to send the message to all performers, event organizers, and promoters that what happened at Astroworld cannot happen again.\u201d<\/p>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" title=\"$2 billion Astroworld lawsuit filed; counseling available for victims\" width=\"640\" height=\"360\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/JvzXbjN1F7o?feature=oembed\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture; web-share\" referrerpolicy=\"strict-origin-when-cross-origin\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p>The deadly November 5 festival\u2019s death toll rose to 10 last week when 9-year-old Ezra Blount passed away as a result of the injuries he suffered from the crowd surge and trampling. The family of 21-year-old Axel Acosta Avila, who passed away during the tragic concert,\u00a0 is among those taking part in the lawsuit.<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"twitter-tweet\" data-width=\"500\" data-dnt=\"true\">\n<p lang=\"en\" dir=\"ltr\">this hurts to watch\u2026 It makes me sick to my stomach.
