He was released on bail but failed to show up to court, leading to a warrant being issued for his arrest.<\/p>\n<p>Brooks is listed as non-compliant due to failure to register or update his personal information such as address and employer, according to records from\u00a0the Nevada Sex Offender Registry.<\/p>\n<p>He was arrested in 2016, but jumped bail and has had a warrant out for his arrest since. Law enforcement believed him to be in Wisconsin, but could not confirm.<\/p>\n<p>Brooks was arrested and charged with five counts of intentional homicide in Sunday\u2019s deadly attack, which killed 5 people injured at least 48 more. Brooks allegedly punched the mother of his child and \u201cran her over\u201d with his car in a parking lot fight. <\/p>\n<p>The Milwaukee District Attorney\u2019s Office admitted Monday the bail was \u201cin<a href=\"https:\/\/buradabiliyorum.com\/en\/category\/download-scripts-themes-apps\/\" data-internallinksmanager029f6b8e52c=\"9\" title=\"Download Scripts &amp; Themes &amp; Apps\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">app<\/a>ropriately low\u201d given his criminal history.<\/p>\n<p>Brooks has another pending case in Milwaukee from last July, in which he\u2019s charged with reckless endangerment and illegal possession of a firearm, according to court documents. He had allegedly fired a gun during an argument with his nephew.<\/p>\n<p>His bail was reduced from $10,000 to $7,500, but he remained in custody with his trial scheduled to begin in February.
