\nYoung Thug\u2019s issue with the apartment complex in Atlanta, Georgia, that allegedly lost his luggage doesn\u2019t seem to be getting any better. On Tuesday (November 23), Young Thug\u2019s lawyer Charles Hoffecker clapp<\/a>ed back at JLB Peachtree Management\u2019s claims that Thugga was negligent in handling his bag.<\/p>\n

According to court documents obtained by Rolling Stone<\/em><\/a>, JLB is claiming the Punk<\/em> rapper should have done a better job watching his bag, and that he\u2019s responsible for his bag being stolen from the lobby of the apartment. Hoffecker directly responded to JLB\u2019s claims stating that if they knew the bag belonged to Young Thug, they would have kept it safe knowing who owns it.<\/p>\n

\u201cThe suggestion my client\u2019s negligence \u2014 if any \u2014 outweighs the defendants\u2019 ignores the simple facts the defendants\u2019 employees acted to secure the property, knew whose property it was, committed to keep the property safe in a secure location, communicated to my client they would keep the property secure, and then released the property to an unknown person,\u201d Hoffecker told Rolling Stone. \u201cNow that the defendants have filed their answer, we look forward to pursuing Young Thug\u2019s rights through the litigation process.\u201d<\/p>\n
