One of the first safety changes will come from Rolling Loud, who announced on Tuesday (November 23) their December festival in California will implement a policy that requires attendees to be at least 18 years old.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe welcome everyone to experience our festivals, however in light of recent events, we will be implementing an 18+ policy specific only to our upcoming 2021 California festival,\u201d Rolling Loud revealed on <a href=\"https:\/\/buradabiliyorum.com\/en\/category\/social-mediaa\/\" data-internallinksmanager029f6b8e52c=\"1\" title=\"Social Media\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Twitter<\/a>.<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"twitter-tweet\" data-width=\"500\" data-dnt=\"true\">\n<p lang=\"en\" dir=\"ltr\">Love ya\u2019ll \u2013 we want everyone to rage safely. Here\u2019s an important update for all our fans who are under 18 for RL California. <a rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/t.co\/9iwjYEmS6p\">pic.twitter.com\/9iwjYEmS6p<\/a><\/p>\n<p>\u2014 Rolling Loud (@RollingLoud) <a rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/RollingLoud\/status\/1462951341614116864?ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw\">November 23, 2021<\/a><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p><script async src=\"https:\/\/platform.twitter.com\/widgets.js\" charset=\"utf-8\"><\/script><\/p>\n<p>The festival will also give those under 18 the chance to receive a full refund or roll their ticket purchase over to 2022\u2019s California Rolling Loud.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cLove ya\u2019ll \u2013 we want everyone to rage safely,\u201d Rolling Loud captioned their tweet.<\/p>\n<p>Rolling Loud California will still go on as planned as the NOS Event Center in San Bernadino, California during the weekend of December 10 through December 12.<\/p>\n<p>Performers on the bill include Kid Cudi, J. Cole, Future, Playboi Carti, Lil Durk, Wiz Khalifa, Gunna, Tyga, Soulja Boy, Lil Yachty, Rod Wave, Don Toliver, Moneybagg Yo, Polo G, Jack Harlow, 2 Chainz, Gucci Mane and more.<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"twitter-tweet\" data-width=\"500\" data-dnt=\"true\">\n<p lang=\"en\" dir=\"ltr\">Kid Cudi, J.
