After months of trade rumors, Garoppolo remains the clear starting quarterback in San Francisco and that may not change anytime soon. <\/p>\n<p>\u201cThere\u2019s a chance for anything, but I think we\u2019ve made it pretty clear that Trey is our guy of the future, whenever that will h<a href=\"https:\/\/buradabiliyorum.com\/en\/category\/download-scripts-themes-apps\/\" data-internallinksmanager029f6b8e52c=\"9\" title=\"Download Scripts &amp; Themes &amp; Apps\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">app<\/a>en,\u201d Shanahan said, <a rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/profootballtalk.nbcsports.com\/2021\/11\/25\/kyle-shanahan-jimmy-garoppolo-has-a-chance-to-return-in-2022-trey-lance-is-the-future\/\">according to Pro Football Talk<\/a>. \u201cBut it\u2019s also nothing against Jimmy that we took him, but we do think Trey is our guy of the future. Like I\u2019ve said, I think it\u2019ll be really hard, if Jimmy is on it, for him to beat him out right away. Lance saw significant time in losses to the Seahawks and Cardinals in early October when Garoppolo suffered a calf injury. We\u2019ve got a lot going on with the season and everything right now. If you start thinking about those other things, you just get distracted, I think.
