{"id":373052,"date":"2021-11-27T00:02:03","date_gmt":"2021-11-26T21:02:03","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/en.buradabiliyorum.com\/tiktok-tech-expert-shares-helpful-trick-to-easily-organize-gmail\/"},"modified":"2021-11-27T00:02:03","modified_gmt":"2021-11-26T21:02:03","slug":"tiktok-tech-expert-shares-helpful-trick-to-easily-organize-gmail","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/buradabiliyorum.com\/en\/tiktok-tech-expert-shares-helpful-trick-to-easily-organize-gmail\/","title":{"rendered":"#TikTok tech expert shares helpful trick to easily organize Gmail"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>&#8220;<strong>#TikTok tech expert shares helpful trick to easily organize Gmail<\/strong>&#8221;<\/p>\n<div>\n<aside class=\"single__inline-module alignleft\">\n<\/aside>\n<p>If your Gmail inbox is in need of a declutter, a TikTok tech expert has shared a quick and easy solution.<\/p>\n<p>In a recent video, user @tatechtips highlighted a way to organize your emails using the <a href=\"https:\/\/buradabiliyorum.com\/en\/category\/download-scripts-themes-apps\/\" data-internallinksmanager029f6b8e52c=\"9\" title=\"Download Scripts &amp; Themes &amp; Apps\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">app<\/a>\u2019s little-known star feature.<\/p>\n<p>Gmail, which boasts 1.5billion users worldwide, lets you mark messages as important by highlighting them with a star.<\/p>\n<p>It\u2019s a way to file key emails into a separate folder in order to help you remember to look at them later.<\/p>\n<p>What users might not know, however, is that you can enable multiple star types in order to distinguish important messages from one another.<\/p>\n<p>It\u2019s a handy way to, for instance, categorise emails for a specific event or from a particular person and list them separately from other crucial emails.<\/p>\n<p>TA Tech Tips, who boasts 620,000 TikTok followers, explained how to set up different star types in a\u00a0<a rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/www.tiktok.com\/@tatechtips\/video\/7024477865429257477?is_copy_url=1&amp;is_from_webapp=v1&amp;q=gmail%20hack&amp;t=1637913866689\">video<\/a>\u00a0uploaded last month.<\/p>\n<p>He said: \u201cBy now you\u2019ll all know that you can go into your inbox and you can star messages that you may want to mark as important or save for later.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cHowever, if you go to settings\u2026 you can enable other star types so you\u2019ve got more scope to categorise.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>To try it out for yourself, open Gmail up via the mobile app or the website on desktop.<\/p>\n<figure class=\"wp-block-embed is-type-video is-provider-tiktok wp-block-embed-tiktok\"\/>\n<p>Dive into your settings by hitting the cog icon at the top of your screen, and select\u00a0See all settings.<\/p>\n<p>In the\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/buradabiliyorum.com\/en\/category\/general\/\" data-internallinksmanager029f6b8e52c=\"3\" title=\"General\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">General<\/a>\u00a0tab, scroll down to\u00a0Stars.
