{"id":373715,"date":"2021-11-29T04:24:18","date_gmt":"2021-11-29T01:24:18","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/en.buradabiliyorum.com\/no-bail-for-nyc-man-charged-in-naked-pals-death\/"},"modified":"2021-11-29T04:24:18","modified_gmt":"2021-11-29T01:24:18","slug":"no-bail-for-nyc-man-charged-in-naked-pals-death","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/buradabiliyorum.com\/en\/no-bail-for-nyc-man-charged-in-naked-pals-death\/","title":{"rendered":"#No bail for NYC man charged in naked pal&#8217;s death"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>&#8220;<strong>#No bail for NYC man charged in naked pal&#8217;s death<\/strong>&#8221;<\/p>\n<div>\n<aside class=\"single__inline-module alignleft\">\n<\/aside>\n<p>A mild-mannered Brooklyn bookkeeper was ordered held without bail Sunday in the grisly stabbing death of his naked roommate \u2014 as the suspect\u2019s lawyer called his client\u2019s alleged bloody act \u201can aberration.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Vito Bauza, 56, is charged with murder for allegedly slashing Ernest Diaz, 40, in a frenzy at the suspect\u2019s Bay Ridge apartment building Friday afternoon.<\/p>\n<p>Diaz stumbled out of the building\u2019s elevator naked and covered in blood before collapsing in the lobby.<\/p>\n<p> Bauza turned himself in to cops the next day.<\/p>\n<p>Outside the Brooklyn courthouse Sunday, defense lawyer Arthur Aidala said his client had known Diaz \u201cfor a very, very long time,\u201d and called his alleged deadly outburst \u201can aberration\u201d and \u201cso out of character for him.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cHe\u2019s a very decent human being who was <a href=\"https:\/\/buradabiliyorum.com\/en\/category\/download-scripts-themes-apps\/\" data-internallinksmanager029f6b8e52c=\"9\" title=\"Download Scripts &amp;
