The value is derived by dividing the mean transaction volume by the fees. <\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"twitter-tweet\">\n<p lang=\"en\" dir=\"ltr\">Over the last seven days the <a rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/hashtag\/Bitcoin?src=hash&amp;ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw\">#Bitcoin<\/a> Network transferred an average $95,142 of value for every $1 worth of fees.<\/p>\n<p>The <a href=\"https:\/\/buradabiliyorum.com\/en\/category\/social-mediaa\/\" data-internallinksmanager029f6b8e52c=\"1\" title=\"Social Media\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">media<\/a>n transaction saw $751 of value transferred for every $1 worth of fees.<a rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/hashtag\/Bitcoin?src=hash&amp;ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw\">#Bitcoin<\/a> is the most efficient monetary settlement network the world has ever seen. <a rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/t.co\/DzSwxCDKkd\">pic.twitter.com\/DzSwxCDKkd<\/a><\/p>\n<p>\u2014 Dylan LeClair  (@DylanLeClair_) <a rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/DylanLeClair_\/status\/1465374473956298752?ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw\">November 29, 2021<\/a><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p><script async src=\"https:\/\/platform.twitter.com\/widgets.js\" charset=\"utf-8\"><\/script><br \/>\nThe final settlement costs amounted to just 0.00105% of the total value transferred of $451.3 billion.<\/p>\n<p>According to<a rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/cryptofees.info\/\"> CryptoFees<\/a>, Bitcoin is seventh in the list of networks ordered by daily transaction fees. Its seven-day average is around $678,000 which puts it behind Ethereum, Uniswap, Binance Smart Chain, SushiSwap, Aave, and Compound.<\/p>\n<p>The fee tracking platform currently reports that Ethereum is currently processing $53 million in daily fees, 98.7% more than the Bitcoin network. Bitcoin and Ethereum should not be compared in terms of value settlement and fees as they are two different entities \u2014 the former is a store of value asset and the latter a smart contract and decentralized <a href=\"https:\/\/buradabiliyorum.com\/en\/category\/download-scripts-themes-apps\/\" data-internallinksmanager029f6b8e52c=\"9\" title=\"Download Scripts &amp; Themes &amp; Apps\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">app<\/a>lication network.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Ethereum\u2019s mean transaction volume divided by the fees comes out at just $139 in value transacted per dollar in fees.<\/p>\n<p>The settlement efficiency of the Ethereum network has declined as more value has accrued to the network and a much greater demand has been put on it, especially with the rise of DeFi and NFTs over the past 18 months.<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>Related:<\/em><\/strong><strong><em> <\/em><\/strong><strong><em>Bitcoin network tags record high for daily settlement volume<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>According to Bitinforcharts, the average transaction fee on the Bitcoin network is around $2.13 at the moment. Comparatively, the Ethereum network\u2019s average fee is a whopping $42.58.
