The notices to Coinbase, Gemini, Paxos, TrustToken, Binance.US, Circle, Centre and Tether requesting information by Friday suggest the committee may be planning a hearing on stablecoins in the future. <\/p>\n<p><strong><em>Related: <\/em><\/strong><strong><em>US Congress plans \u2018demystifying crypto\u2019 committee hearing for Nov. 17<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Though committees from both the House and the Senate have previously discussed the issues surrounding cryptocurrencies, stablecoins, central bank digital currencies and blockchain, lawmakers seem to be giving the <a href=\"https:\/\/buradabiliyorum.com\/en\/category\/technology\/\" data-internallinksmanager029f6b8e52c=\"4\" title=\"Technology\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">technology<\/a> more attention as mainstream interest in the space grows.
