According to <a rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/www.tmz.com\/2021\/12\/03\/young-dolph-getting-street-name-after-him-memphis-neighborhood\/\"><em>TMZ<\/em><\/a>, Memphis City Council announced plans on Friday (December 3) to rename a street in the fallen r<a href=\"https:\/\/buradabiliyorum.com\/en\/category\/download-scripts-themes-apps\/\" data-internallinksmanager029f6b8e52c=\"9\" title=\"Download Scripts &amp; Themes &amp; Apps\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">app<\/a>er\u2019s honor\u00a0at an intersection near the Memphis Depot Industrial Park.<\/p>\n<p>There will be an unveiling ceremony for the street on December 15 with family members of Dolph\u2019s present. City councilman J.B. Smiley reportedly led the charge for the street renaming once he received the Thorton family\u2019s blessing.<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"twitter-tweet\" data-width=\"500\" data-dnt=\"true\">\n<p lang=\"en\" dir=\"ltr\">It\u2019s an honor to celebrate the life of and pay tribute to a great Memphian, <a rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/YoungDolph?ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw\">@YoungDolph<\/a>. The Paper Route Empire boss was in town for his annual turkey drive ahead of Thanksgiving.<\/p>\n<p>Doph was laid to rest in a private ceremony on November 30 in Memphis. Photos and clips surfaced online of the funeral procession and the program featuring heartbreaking photos of the late 36-year-old with his family.
