\nLas Vegas, NV \u2013 <\/span> Unlike many of its visitors, DaBaby is leaving Sin City a winner. The charges against Baby \u2014 born Jonathan Kirk \u2014 have been dismissed in the assault case stemming from an incident with a Las Vegas limousine driver in November 2019.<\/p>\n

According to TMZ<\/em>,<\/a> the misdemeanor assault charge was dismissed \u201cwithout prejudice.\u201d The case was resolved and won\u2019t be revisited in the future as DaBaby obliged to every request made by the prosecution which included paying the driver $7,500 and staying out of trouble in 2021.<\/p>\n

TMZ<\/em> <\/a>broke the original story in February when the limousine driver came forward claiming DaBaby attacked him during a ride in 2019. DaBaby\u2019s camp called the lawsuit a \u201cmoney grab\u201d at the time as well. Baby was reportedly prepared to fight the case in a trial if it got to that point.<\/p>\n

Attorneys David Chesnoff\u00a0and\u00a0Richard Schonfeld helped score the \u201cSuge\u201d rapp<\/a>er the legal victory in addition to celebrity lawyer Drew Findling.<\/a><\/p>\n
