\nNick Cannon offered nothing but positivity and prayers during his talk show on Wednesday (December 8), a day after revealing his seventh child, Zen Cannon, had died from a brain tumor over the weekend at just five months old.<\/p>\n

\u201cThank you. I need it. I need it,\u201d Cannon said as he walked out to app<\/a>lause from the studio audience. \u201cEven in our lowest moments, it\u2019s the other people around you, it\u2019s your family that builds you up so thank you.\u201d<\/p>\n

When the audience settled in, Cannon commented on the recent death of his child, saying, \u201cPeople keep asking me how I am doing. I say, \u2018I\u2019m vertical.\u2019 I\u2019m standing. That is a good start.\u201d He added he\u2019s been taking things \u201cfive minutes at a time.\u201d<\/p>\n

Prior to stepping in front of the live cameras, Cannon led his audience in prayer before air time.<\/p>\n

\u201cWe out here, we love that energy,\u201d Cannon said in an Instagram video. \u201cThat\u2019s what it\u2019s all about.\u201d He then asked the audience \u201ccan I pray with y\u2019all?\u201d to which they responded with uproarious applause.<\/p>\n
