Your cursor continues to appear in other apps like Chrome and Edge.<\/p>\n<p>If you\u2019d like to hide your cursor while typing in <a rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/www.howtogeek.com\/165293\/how-to-get-a-list-of-software-installed-on-your-pc-with-a-single-command\/\">all your apps, use a free and open-source app called Windows Cursor Hider. With a single click, this app ensures your cursor doesn\u2019t appear when you start typing on your PC.<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"admonishment_note\"><p><strong>Note:<\/strong> We\u2019ll demonstrate the procedures below on a Windows 11 PC. As soon as you move your mouse or trackpad, the cursor will appear.<\/p>\n<p>If you\u2019re using a touchpad, you may also want to disable \u201ctap to click\u201d on your Windows 11 PC.<\/p>\n<h2 role=\"heading\" aria-level=\"2\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Hide_the_Cursor_While_Typing_in_All_Apps\"><\/span>Hide the Cursor While Typing in All Apps<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>To disable the cursor while typing in all apps on your Windows PC, use the Windows Cursor Hider app. This free app is available as an executable as well as <a rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/www.howtogeek.com\/56481\/the-beginners-guide-to-using-an-autohotkey-script\/\">an AutoHotKey script. Your cursor will instantly disappear.
