The customer picks an item \u2014 say Steak Diane \u2014 that\u2019s earlier been prepared and partially cooked at a satellite kitchen nearby. The chefs also get equity in the company, he said.<\/p>\n<p>It\u2019s a few clicks different from ordering from Uber Eats or Seamless because the order is cooked just outside the customer\u2019s door \u2014 and it\u2019ll also offer a wider selection than just the neighborhood pizza parlor or Chinese take-out. Lore, who\u2019s CEO of the Wonder Group and also is part owner of the Minnesota Timberwolves along with Alex Rodriguez, wouldn\u2019t disclose the financial terms of the deals with the chefs.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWhen the Wonder chefs recreated my pizza, I said, \u2018Was this really made in the mobile kitchen?\u2019 Silverton said of her California-based Pizzeria Mozza recipe. \u201cI couldn\u2019t believe they could get the same flavor. The <a href=\"https:\/\/buradabiliyorum.com\/en\/category\/technology\/\" data-internallinksmanager029f6b8e52c=\"4\" title=\"Technology\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">technology<\/a> is very straightforward. There is no open flame. All they have to do is press buttons for the convection ovens. The cooks are pressing buttons, not flipping burgers,\u201d Lore explained.<\/p>\n<p>In big cities, the trucks will be staffed by three people: a driver, a person to prep the meals and a runner to deliver them \u2014 and they will still be more profitable than the trucks in the \u2018burbs because of the number of people squashed into each square mile of an urban area.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI live in New York City, where food delivery is often cold, expensive and never on time,\u201d Lore said. \u201cI started thinking about food delivery in a different way and what 2.0 looks like.\u201d\n                        <\/p><\/div>\n<blockquote><p><strong><span style=\"color: #ff6600;\">If you liked the article, do not forget to share it with your friends.
