The spread at 442 Further Lane went on the market in September. <\/p>\n<p>Elliman declined to comment. When told about the sale, a current Peloton employee told The Post: \u201cI\u2019m dis<a href=\"https:\/\/buradabiliyorum.com\/en\/category\/download-scripts-themes-apps\/\" data-internallinksmanager029f6b8e52c=\"9\" title=\"Download Scripts &amp; Themes &amp; Apps\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">app<\/a>ointed, but somehow I\u2019m not surprised.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>The employee said that the value of their Peloton stock options has plummeted by 75 percent in 2021. Investors have soured on the stock as vaccines and loosening COVID-19 restrictions send fitness fanatics back to the gym. <\/p>\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" first. <\/p>\n<p>\u201cPeople to be honest with you now are worried about layoffs,\u201d the employee said. \u201cMorale is at an all-time low.\u201d <\/p>\n<p>Meanwhile, Peloton suffered another blow Thursday when it yanked advertisements tied to the Mr. Big character on \u201cAnd Just Like That\u201d after the actor Chris Noth <a rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/pagesix.com\/2021\/12\/16\/satc-star-chris-noth-accused-of-sexual-assault-by-two-women\/?_ga=2.176396069.143179142.1639411712-23844092.1629834012\">was accused of sexual assault by two women<\/a>, according to a report, which Noth strongly denied. <\/p>\n<p>The character had died after riding a Peloton bike in the Sex and the City reboot, a plot line that sent the company\u2019s Properties<\/span><\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>But pandemonium at Peloton isn\u2019t stopping Foley from making real estate deals. <\/p>\n<p>Just last month, the CEO made headlines when he put <a rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/guestofaguest.com\/hamptons\/real-estate\/inside-peloton-founder-and-ceo-john-foleys-east-hampton-farmhouse\">another East Hampton retreat<\/a> up for sale \u2014 a 6-bedroom, 6,400-square-foot farm house at <a rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/www.elliman.com\/newyork\/sales\/detail\/612-l-577-14_h362046\/12-koala-ln-northwest-woods-east-hampton-ny-11937\">12 Koala Lane<\/a> that sits on 2.2 acres \u2014 just a short drive away from the new place.<\/p>\n<p>His asking price: $4.5 million \u2014 less than a tenth of what he paid for his new beachfront pad. The Post was first to report Foley had listed the more modest home, which he bought in 2016 from investor Billy Macklowe, son of real-estate magnate Harry Macklowe. <\/p>\n<p>Over the summer, Foley also kept a yacht \u2014 complete with a multi-person staff \u2014 off the upscale 3 Mile Harbor marina, a source with direct knowledge told The Post. The company\u2019s shares stock finished 2020 at more than $150 per share and are now trading under $40 per share.<\/p>\n<p>Peloton on Thursday did not respond to requests from The Post for comment on behalf of the company or Foley.<\/p>\n<p>Some Peloton employees who joined the company in the months before Foley instituted a company-wide hiring freeze in November have strike prices on their stock options that are higher than the company\u2019s current share price, an employee told The Post. And here he\u2019s out buying a $55 million house.\u201d <\/p>\n<p>Adding insult to injury, most Peloton employees weren\u2019t invited to an opulent holiday party that Foley held at New York\u2019s luxury Plaza Hotel on Dec. 8. Just a group of Peloton instructors \u2014 not other employees \u2014 were invited to the event, even the company cancelled its annual Christmas party amid concerns about its future, according to a Peloton insider.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Foley talked about the party on Tuesday in a email to staffers obtained by The Post, telling staffers that it was an event \u201cfor our vaccinated family and friends to celebrate all NYC has been through over the past two years.\u201d The company also claimed that the money for the party came out of Foley\u2019s pocket. <\/p>\n<p>But as staffers continued to seethe, Foley did not address the issue during a copmany-wide question-and-answer session on Wednesday, according to a source who attended the meeting. <\/p>\n<p>\u201cThey can control the questions,\u201d the source said. \u201cSo nothing came up about that party whatsoever.\u201d\u00a0\n                        <\/p><\/div>\n<p><script async defer src=\"https:\/\/platform.instagram.com\/en_US\/embeds.js\"><\/script><\/p>\n<blockquote><p><strong><span style=\"color: #ff6600;\">If you liked the article, do not forget to share it with your friends.
