Source: TradingView<\/em><\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"%E2%80%9CI_vote_we_bounce_and_stay_bull%E2%80%9D\"><\/span>&#8220;I vote we bounce and stay bull&#8221;<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>Data from Cointelegraph Markets Pro and <a rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/www.tradingview.com\/symbols\/BTCUSD\/?exchange=BITSTAMP\">TradingView<\/a>\u00a0showed BTC\/USD trading at $47,000 Sunday, still firmly in an established range.<\/p>\n<p>That price is currently the location of Bitcoin&#8217;s one-year MA trendline, an important historical line in the sand that has enabled considerable upside if BTC\/USD preserves it as support.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;The 1yr MA is a pretty important bitcoin bull\/bear pivot level historically and we are sat right on it now,&#8221; Philip Swift, creator of on-chain data resource Look Into Bitcoin, <a rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/PositiveCrypto\/status\/1472188868682149892\">commented<\/a>. <\/p>\n<blockquote><p>&#8220;I vote we bounce and stay bull.&#8221;<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<figure><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/s3.cointelegraph.com\/uploads\/2021-12\/c06e529a-8088-4cd4-af3c-14505d1ae0b7.png\"><figcaption style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>BTC\/USD 1-week candle chart (Bitstamp) with 52-week MA. Source: TradingView<\/em><\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>A bounce would still leave a vast amount of ground to recover in order to post an end-of-year closing price even slightly in line with previous bullish expectations.<\/p>\n<p>Among them are those of stock-to-flow model creator PlanB, who at the weekend acknowledged that his $100,000 target for 2021 was unlikely to hit.<\/p>\n<p>He added that he would not be abandoning his models, which remain valid despite recent events.<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"twitter-tweet\">\n<p lang=\"en\" dir=\"ltr\">Bitcoin needs a small miracle for a 100K Christmas.
