\nChris Noth<\/strong>\u2018s alleged misdeeds continue to shock us.<\/p>\n

As we reported, model Beverly Johnson<\/strong>\u2018s decades-old abuse allegations against the And Just Like That\u2026<\/em> star resurfaced amid his recent #MeToo scandal. Now, more details have come to light about the alleged interactions between Noth and Johnson, who dated from 1990 to 1995 \u2014 and it\u2019s not pretty.<\/p>\n

According to Page Six<\/em>, the model filed to get a restraining order against Noth, claiming he \u201cpunched [her] in the chest and ribs\u201d and allegedly made repeated threats to \u201ckill\u201d her.\u00a0Court docs obtained by the outlet reveal Beverly filed for a temporary restraining order in Los Angeles Superior Court on August 1, 1995, requesting the disgraced actor stay 500 yards away from her, her daughter, and their dog.<\/p>\n

She alleged in the docs:<\/p>\n

\u201cChris Noth punched me in the chest and ribs, injuring my ribs, making it difficult to breathe, punching and bruising my face and body in which I had to have medical attention. On July 27, 1995, he made repeated threats on my life making up to 25 calls per day threatening to kill me [and] destroy my face. Threatened to kill dog.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n

Whoa.<\/p>\n

The now-69-year-old requested the judge order Noth to \u201cmake no calls to others with threats against me. Restraining from slandering my character + good name.\u201d<\/p>\n

The judge sided with Beverly, app<\/a>roving the temporary restraining order. On October 3, 1995, the order was made permanent with a mutual restraining order. The judge wrote:<\/p>\n

\u201cNeither party shall make any derogatory statements about the other of any nature or description to another person or entity not encourage or participate in any party making any such derogatory comments about the other to any third person or entity.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n

Noth and Johnson agreed not to \u201ccontact, molest, attack, strike, threaten, sexually assault, batter, telephone or disturb the peace of the other.\u201d They also both agreed to stay at least 500 yards from each other and any family members from the residence of the other party or place of employment, and promised neither of them would make any derogatory statements about the other.<\/p>\n

While there wasn\u2019t an expiration date for the permanent restraining order in the docs, even though an order like this California usually lasts three to five years, the court docket states the case was closed on May 26, 2017.<\/p>\n

A 1995 news<\/a>paper clipping<\/a> of the National Enquirer<\/em> article resurfaced Friday on the Instagram<\/strong> account Diet Prada<\/strong>. The publication claimed that Johnson told a friend:<\/p>\n

\u201cI\u2019ve never been so frightened in my life. I just can\u2019t believe that someone who had once been so tender and sweet could turn into this raging wild man.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n

The Law & Order<\/em> star didn\u2019t respond to the report at the time, but he\u2019s \u201ccategorically\u201d denied the new sexual assault allegations that were made against him by multiple women, saying in a statement last week:<\/p>\n

\u201cThe accusations against me made by individuals I met years, even decades, ago are categorically false. These stories could\u2019ve been from 30 years ago or 30 days ago \u2014 no always means no \u2014 that is a line I did not cross. It\u2019s difficult not to question the timing of these stories coming out. I don\u2019t know for certain why they are surfacing now, but I do know this: I did not assault these women.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n
