Here\u2019s how to make one.<\/p>\n<p>We\u2019ll explain two methods for overlaying charts in Excel. The one you choose depends on the amount of data you have to show and how you want it to display.<\/p>\n<h2 role=\"heading\" aria-level=\"2\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Create_a_Combo_Chart_in_Excel\"><\/span>Create a Combo Chart in Excel<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>If you want to overlap two different types of graphs, a custom <a rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/www.howtogeek.com\/434259\/how-to-create-a-combo-chart-in-excel\/\">combo chart is an ideal solution. The graph shows the amount of traffic to our site before and after our website redesign. For our example, we\u2019ll keep the color orange.<\/li>\n<li><strong>(Border) Width<\/strong>: Use the top arrow to widen the border so it\u2019s easier to see.
